01. Service Fee Structure

Our Service fees depend on visa type, destination country and profile complexity. We provide end to end assistance and charges are shared after reviewing your profile and documentation requirements.

02. Payment Terms

Payment is collected for complete visa assistance after profile review. There is no fixed advance or compulsory package. Charges are discussed and confirmed in advance before starting the process.

03. Government / Embassy / VFS Fees

Government, Embassy and VFS fees are NOT included in our service charges. These fees are paid directly by the applicant to the respective authorities and are non refundable.

04. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depend on the stage of the application process at which the request is made. Fees paid for work already completed are non refundable. Request made before the process has started may be reviewed on a case by case basis.

05. Transparency Commitment

We maintain 100% transparency in all charges.

All charges are clearly explained before starting the process.

06. Important Note
